CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within the 24-hour period, you will be charged 35% of the full scheduled service price. If scheduling for a consultation, the consultation is free, however, a No-Show on the consultation will be charged a 25 dollar inconvenience fee. Continuous reschedules and cancellations will result in a loss of services.
NO-SHOW
In order to respect the time of our stylists, if an appointment is a no show, you will be subject to a No-Show fee charge of 35% of the total amount and possibly no future appointment. If scheduling for a consultation, the consultation is free however, a No-Show on the consultation will be charged a 25 dollar inconvenience fee.
LATE
Please be courteous to everyones time. Please call if you're running late. Each appointment has a 15 min grace period. After 15 mins we may charge a late fee or your appointment will marked as a No Show, and charged the No-Show fee.
DEPOSITS
All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Deposits are required to secure your appointment for your service. Services that require a Deposit are due at the time of booking, or invoice due date depending on the service. All deposits go towards your service. Your remaining balance can be paid only the day of your appointment.
APPOINTMENTS/ SERVICES
Please be mindful when booking. Multiple reschedules on the same booked appointment my require a deposit. For appointments booked with, and or require a deposit, you are allowed up to 1 reschedule on that deposit, otherwise deposit will be lost. For appointments booked with card on file you, are allowed up to 2 reschedules, otherwise a deposit will be require. If appointment has to be rescheduled again the deposit will be lost. Continuous reschedules and or cancellations will result in a loss of services.
WAITLIST
Please note that the waiting list is not a guarantee appointment, and is based on open availability. For a guaranteed appointment, please schedule yourself an appointment after you have placed yourself on the waitlist. If an opening has become available sooner will be notified. To join the waitlist, select your desired date once you've already made a selection of your services. Then the "join waitlist" will be prompt at the bottom of the screen.
RETURN POLICY
All products and services are non-refundable. However, we try to please every client. If you are not satisfied with your service please contact us within 48 hours so we can correct any issue you may have.
**When booking your appointment you are agreeing with all the terms above.
CALENDAR
On the 10th of each month at 9am a new calendar will open.
Ex: May 10th = June, June 10th = July …
